I first previewed Peter Som's Spring 2009 collection at the Teen Vogue Fashion University seminar and I automatically fell in love. His inspiration was a love strucken Moroccan girl lose in the desert. Each piece tells the story so well and the colors he used I think are all perfect for the design of the outfits. I think the pieces are all fun and flirty, I especially like the accent of the belt on a few of the dresses. I think it really pulls the outfit together. The shorts and jacket combo I think is made beautifully and the flow of the jacketand detail in the shorts gives this casual sporty look a more feminine and classy touch.
